At TeeGoals, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, our policy focuses on ensuring you get exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.

At TeeGoals, every item is custom-printed just for you. Because of this, we only offer returns or reprints for damaged items or manufacturing errors. If your order arrives damaged, please use our [Self-Serve Return Portal] or Chat with us within 14 days with a photo of the issue. We do not currently accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Log in using the email you used for your order.

  • Select the items you wish to return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and specific instructions on where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the portal will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Important: To expedite your replacement, please be ready to provide a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new size or color is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
